We are building a community to help people live more creative, socially connected lives.

Members get access to facilitated creative matchmaking, and IRL events geared towards your preferred creative connection style.

Every month, we'll release a personally tailored menu of events matches that speak to your creative style, goals, and interests.

Whether you express yourself by learning, moving, or hanging out, we've got you.

  • We're launching our platform to a limited number of founding members who will receive discounted rates to all our services and products, and help co-create the future of social and creative connection in NYC.

  • You might be a good fit if:

    • You prefer getting "into it" and skipping small talk
    • You want to break out of your social bubble and make meaningful social connections with a diverse community
    • You're craving more creativity in your life
  • We're looking for members willing to actively contribute to growing our community. Founding members will:

    • Actively participating in our online community, supporting members
    • Attend at least two IRL events a month
    • Hosting a member event once a year

Discover Your Connection Style

New Chapter community members go through an onboarding process to determine their individual creative strength and connection style. We use this info as a foundation for curating matches and events.

The Three Connection Style Archetypes

What gets people out of the house? Where do people feel most comfortable forming meaningful connections? What kinds of experience leave people with a feeling of boosted creative and social well-being?

Our three Connection Style archetypes speak to how our members answer these questions.

  • Community Seeker (AKA the Hang Out category):

You value having people who share your curiosity, want to pursue their creative interests, and will support yours. You thrive on mutual exchange. Community gives you sense of purpose, grounding your work in relationships.

  • Lifelong Learner (AKA the Learn category):

You’re a lifelong learner, unafraid to begin something new. You seek out opportunities to understand the world of cultures and concepts.

  • Hands-On (AKA the move category):

You love to find new means of physical expression. You’re fascinated by the cultures that evolved around craft, from ancient times to today. Which tactile activity or sport will you take on next?
